Affiliate Agreement

By applying to join our affiliate program for Learning the Guitar: Initial Series, you agree to the following terms:

• Commissions: For each verified sale of Learning the Guitar: Initial Series generated through your unique affiliate link, you will receive a commission of £10. Payments will be sent to the provided bank account by the 15th of the following month after sales are approved.

• Promotion Guidelines: You agree to promote our book in an honest, ethical, and compliant manner. You may not engage in misleading advertising, unsolicited messages, or any form of spam. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in termination of the agreement.

• Intellectual Property: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use our logos, images, and marketing materials solely for promoting Learning the Guitar: Initial Series under this program. Unauthorized use or modification of our materials is prohibited.

• Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions, and all affiliate links should be removed from your promotional materials.

• Data Protection and Privacy: You agree to handle all customer data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You must not store or use customer data beyond what is necessary for fulfilling affiliate marketing tasks.

Tax Compliance: By participating in this affiliate program, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reporting all income earned from affiliate commissions to HMRC or other applicable tax authorities. You are responsible for paying any taxes due on these earnings in accordance with UK tax law or the tax laws of your country of residence.

Affiliate Liability: You acknowledge and agree that Polar Flame Music Publishing Limited is not liable for any actions you take as an affiliate, including, but not limited to, breaches of advertising or marketing regulations, false or misleading promotions, or any other regulatory violations. Any liability arising from such breaches shall be the sole responsibility of the affiliate. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polar Flame Music Publishing Limited against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of any applicable law or regulation.

The UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) require that affiliates disclose any paid or commission-based relationships. By joining this affiliate program, you agree to follow these advertising guidelines, including disclosing affiliate links in any promotional content.

I, the signed party below, agree to the terms of this affiliate program as stated above.

Once you sign and complete your agreement, we'll review it and confirm when it's active. This includes providing you with your relevant affiliate links so you can start promoting and earning commissions.
